Background Information

This Training Company was established as a result of a feasibility study that was conducted in the Education, Training and Development Sector (ETD) and it was discovered that a substantial number of Training Service Providers are struggling to keep up with the new system of Government that requires them to be accredited through a quality assurance system conducted by Education and Training Quality Assurance Bodies (ETQAs), for example MICT SETA that are located in the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs).

This organization was established by entrepreneurs who were fully exposed to this new system through working for various major players in the industry of Training, Development and Education for a period of about 10 years as part of the process of Outcome-Based learning materials development which enhances the entire skills development and full learning programs at large.
